Everyone knows me at my bank.

Sadly...the community and the surrounding area's are so integrated I can go to my Banks Branch in a town 45 minutes away and I still have people asking me why I didn't enter anything in the Fair this year.

Why don't you go there and change your account?

multiple reasons
- the queues stretching outside the door
- last time i talked to them about it they kept on talking about apr, interest rates, the high interest acount...this other account...like i'd understand.
-i get to the front of the queue and i would have to make an appointment and then go back and stand in the queue again- like they couldn't do it there and then- oh yes they only employ half the staff they need.
-it's as much their responsibility
