They must be characters actually FROM the comics, & they must be actual human beings underneath the lycra or prosthetics or whatever. I don't wanna see the Hulk or the Incredibles on anyone's list.
Oh-you MUST specify the movie, as some characters have appeared in more than one film & in more than one costume. You CAN use two different costumes for the same character.

3) Batman Returns - Batman. There would never be a Begins costume without Burton, including 89s costume.
4) Magneto - Particularly X-men 2 and 3
5) X-men movies - Mystique
6) Superman Returns - Superman. I thought it looked a little more carefully designed than before.
7) Batman Returns - Catwoman
8) Superman Returns - Lex Luthors outfits, he looked more smooth
9) Superman 2 - The Sharp Luthor suit when he enters the white house
10) Superman - Jorel's black suit indicating his families Kryptonian symbol \S/. I found that a brilliant origin of the symbol.
