Just finished watching the latest episode, and it was the best one so far for me!

The first ten minutes were pretty creepy, and it was great to see who those characters turned out to be.

The scenes with Hallorann and It becoming aware of each other after the former used his shining ability and his chat with Hanlon were great!

The last few minutes with the kids I also enjoyed,

Can’t wait for next Thursday, and so far, I think Welcome to Derry is much better than Chapter 2.

Good thing the kids only saw a clown in the cemetery. Clowns are harmless, as we all know. I really dug the 1908 carnival, not to mention the cameo by Andy Muschietti there.

Very creepy for sure. No cemeteries at night for me!

 

[Drizzle]

Not gonna lie, when the kids had the group hug at the end of the cemetery scene I was half expecting the ghosts to join them. They would have if this were It Chapter Two.

I liked the episode, especially the Halloran stuff. I'm hoping Pennywise makes his big debut in the next episode. They've teased enough.
