Well, Well: Gingrich had affair during Clinton probe

you wouldn't be married.:o
Yeah.

And the last time I went to the hospital was when I got a brother.

I've missed out on seeing family members when they had heart attacks, cancer, and various types of surgery

lol, stop being so scared and be there for your family.

No.

I moved out 5 years ago to put the family **** behind me. Why do I want to go back to it?

fine, be that way. But don't cry about it when you're having your mental breakdown.

Thanks to wikipedia, I looked up the causes of mental breakdowns:

chronic and unresolved grief - I've never experienced any grief

unemployment - I have been unemployeed. Instead of sitting on my ass whining about it, I turned my white socks red until I got a job.

academic problems - Not applicable, since I graduated college 6 years ago and have no intention of going back for a masters. I'm proud of my 2.4 GPA

career burnout - Not applicable. My concern for my workplace ends when I clock out for the day.

social stress - Not applicable. I'm asocial

chronic insomnia and other sleep disorders - I've slept through every important event that has happened during my life

serious or chronic illness of a family member - Not applicable, since I don't keep up with my family.

divorce - Not applicable, since I'm single with no intention of getting married

death of a family member - I was 6 when my grandpa died, but I didn't have a breakdown.

pregnancy - Not applicable since I'm a guy and have no intention of becoming a parent.

deception by a loved one - My Xbox hasn't failed me yet

lol, I'll humor you anyway.:cwink:

Never too soon.
career burnout - Not applicable. My concern for my workplace ends when I clock out for the day.
how long will that last?
social stress - Not applicable. I'm asocial
and it will take it's toll.
serious or chronic illness of a family member - Not applicable, since I don't keep up with my family.
that doesn't mean they're not getting ill, nor that their illness won't effect you.

death of a family member - I was 6 when my grandpa died, but I didn't have a breakdown.
that's because you were 6:dry:
pregnancy - Not applicable since I'm a guy and have no intention of becoming a parent.
condoms break.:o

deception by a loved one - My Xbox hasn't failed me yet
the fact that you refuse to love anyone besides an inanimate object is not a sign of good mental health.

I wouldn't say I refuse to love anyone. I just don't see a need for me to.

What, some chick drops out of my ceiling into my bed?

Well, yeah. So saying "it just happens" is just as meaningless as saying "jesus loves you"

But anyway, Gingrich is just another angry conservative

You do realize that Clinton wasn't on trial for the affair itself. The fact was sources indicated that Clinton fooled around with other women in order to gain government information from the other parties.

It all started with the sexual harrassment lawsuit issued by Paula Jones. It was dismissed, but the Monica Lewinsky scandal rose the issue 'is this a pattern of Clinton to abuse his political power against other women for information?'

Now whether it be true or not, this is why Clinton went on trial. Impeachement has nothing to do with the president's own social life, but if it has an effect within the government.

So before asking 'why can other politicians have affiars but not Clinton', think about the reasons why Clinton was on trial in the first place.

That's was the reason the republicans gave for questioning him. But after the imepachment, it was found out not to be true and even Monica said so herself. Bill was just having an extra marital affair and the republicans of course knew this but jumped on an opportunity (an incredibally stupid one) to try to get him out of office. Now you have Gingrich, a "model" conservative who lead the way for this whole thing, who sat their criticizing the president for his acts and yet is doing the same thing himself the whole time. I have to admit though at least the republicans have balls to impeach the president of the United States for some silly little think like this unlike a current party in power right now :o

Here is a lovely fact for everyone on their high horse about Clinton's lack of morals:

Historically there have only been 2 presidents who did not have mistresses and they are considered to be incredibly mediocre presidents. Ford and Carter.

Well, that's more interesting than what I thought Matt would post:up:
