Makes sense.
Link and Zelda are teenagers.
Cast young.
If I had to guess, probably a mix of Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom, since they’re the most recent and current popular games in the series and Zelda has the most agency and gets the most she’s ever had to do in the whole series, and Ocarina of Time, which is considered to be the most popular overall and would give Hunter the opportunity to do some action as Sheik, not to mention fun opportunities for crossdressing and code-switching. BOTW/TOTK also seems like what Wes Ball would pull inspiration from and use as a template since they’re very similar to what he did with KOTPOTA with all of the traversing, meeting other characters and certain ruins/technology of the old world kind of playing a key role in the plot.Which Zelda do you think this is based on?
Calm down Reverend Lovejoy.make it based on spirit tracks because that one had a train in it and trains are cool
I would be absolutely shocked if Kit Connor doesn’t get the lead in this. He feels like he’s just about to break into Hollywood and I bet Nintendo would love him.
Imagine that as a pride month announcement, bi Link and trans Zelda![]()
Imagine if there are sequels and each film they cast a different actor and actress for Link, Zelda and Ganon at least one of them is a member of the LGBTQIA+. I mean, Link in the video games already gives twink energy and many of the ancillary characters give gay vibes anyway. Why not just lean into it and cast gay, bi, trans and/or ace people for the roles?Give to me, Wes Ball. I will sing your praises forever and you will be a hero to the queer community. We will line up opening night carrying a 1,000-foot Pride flag.

How cool would it be in future films if they cast Morgan Davies, Emma Korrin or Justice Smith as Link, Emma Korrin or Kiersey Clemons as Zelda, or Colman Domingo, Lee Pace or Luke Evans as Ganon?
Colman would be absolutely iconic as Ganon.Imagine if there are sequels and each film they cast a different actor and actress for Link, Zelda and Ganon at least one of them is a member of the LGBTQIA+.
