What are your favourite apps..?

The ones you heavily use..

I use Word and the good ol' notepad for my different occupations and study.

Winamp (+last.fm client) to listen to my music.

BS.Player to play videos/movies/dvds.

Photoshop for pics edition and Ulead for avvy creation (sounds pompous, I know). An old version of ACDSee for picture viewing (and comics reading!)

Easy CD-DA Extractor to rip cds and convert audio files, plus Medieval CUE Splitter to, well, split EAC rips (). Plus another old app, Cool Edit Pro*, to make some minor edits. Also mpTrim, a cute little sound application.

Mozilla Firefox for web browsing (with essential addons, such as AdBlock Plus).

I forgot about RipRipper, Daemon Tools and Better File Rename.

And finally, eMule and Vuze for leeching

*I know it's now called Audition or something like that, but haven't tried it out yet.

iTunes for playing and managing my music (I used to use standalone Pandora but I can't use it outside of the US)

Audacity, Soundforge, Acid and FL Studio for sound and music editing

PS CS3 (Haven't upgraded yet) for photos/art and avatars

I'll sometimes use InDesign and Dreamweaver if work calls for it but only then.

3DS Max for 3d modeling and animation.

Corel Painter X and Sketchbook Pro for digital art as well.

Sonar 7 for recording and mixing music.

Thats pretty much it.
