I have two:

The Silver Foil Cover Clone Saga

AND

Thor #200 the Original Ragnarok. Took me four years to get!

Haven't actually priced these, but the current sales of some prominent comics recently got me to thinking. I might search around and see what values come up.

mine is Silver Surfer #1 (Idiots at the emerald city comic con were selling it for a dollar. didn't realize so many killer deals there.)

I've got ASM #300 and Ultimate SM #1 (regular cover, not the white one). Those are the only ones that I know of that have a high value. I've never really looked up all of my stuff.

Amazing Spider-Man #1 to current....

I have Shadow Comics vol. 4 #2 from 1943.

I also have Amazing Spider-Man #122 (cover off the staples).

As for most valuable, hard to say. My older books aren't in great condition and apparently autographs "ruin" a book. Basically, I consider my collection valuable 'cause it took me many years to get it where it is.

Every comic I have is bagged and boarded so I consider them valuable to me especially the time spent in finding that rare issue to complete runs.

Take Marvel's G.I.Joe and Transformers comics for example, now the early issues are expensive and people are paying fortunes on ebay when I was slowly building up my collections way back in the 90's when both lines were cancelled.

Showcase #22 (first Hal Jordan) Amazing Spider-man #5, Amazing Spider-man #129, Silver Surfer #1 those are my best and the ones that I'm the proudest of.

ASM 41, 50, 100, 101, 121, 122, 238, 300, 301
Incredible Hulk 181
Uncanny X-Men 12, 94, 101
Iron Fist 14
Silver Surfer 1, 4
Fantastic Four 18, 20, 50
Avengers 8
Daredevil 3
JIM 109
The entire original S.H.I.E.L.D. series featuring some of the best covers in comic history

That's basically the tops in my collection. They are all complete but none high grades except ASM 300.

A Captain Marvel from the 40's that I got signed by C.C.Beck in the 70's.

Sgt. Fury and his Howling Commandos #10

I need to go through my stuff. I've got some old ASM early to mid 200's, Cap from 270's on, Avengers 230's on. I just don't think they hold a value compared to ASM 300 (Venom's first appearance). I'm just lazy to sit down and do it. I'll wait until I'm 60 and sell it all off and hope for the best.

Just make sure you don't have the reprint copy, which says Fantasy Masterpieces on the top of it. They did that twice, I believe. Those comics you can find many times in the dollar bins at Emerald City.

I have a copy of Amazing Fantasy #15, which I just had signed by Stan Lee last month. It's not in the best condition, as the previous owner put scotch tape around the edges...but, it's a nice thing to own. Not sure if it's my most expensive, but it's the one I like the most.

It's the only Spidey comic I need...

:o
