Thought this would be another fun one, with so many epic weapons available to choose from in games it leaves you with one difficult choice, which one do you choose. Thought I would give my list of my 10 favourite weapons in gaming (in no particular order)
Blades Of Chaos
You knew this list was going to feature at least one God Of War entry and you were right. While I did enjoy the new weapon in God Of War 4 nothing will beat the original that set the standard.
Blundergat
Go back 5 years to 2013 and you have a call of duty zombies mode that took over my life for a short while Mob of the Dead was my personal favourite of any of the zombie modes in call of duty and the gun that made it even better was the Blundergat!
The Hidden Blade
Possibly the coolest and most elegant weapon on this list, the hidden blade has pretty much always been the signature weapon that an assassin kills a Templar with. Plus with games like AC 2, Unity and Syndicate it was always being reinvented.
Concrete Donkey
There are some powerful weapons in Worms, Super Sheep, Holy Hand grenade's but none of them can hold a candle to the Concrete Donkey. Anyone who has ever played worms will know there is a lot of strategy involved. Just one error can cost you the whole game. So that made it even more satisfying when in a game you should no chance of winning you were gifted with the Concrete Donkey.
Lightsaber
Don't feel like this one really needs that much explaining, I mean who doesn't love a lightsaber?
Bow
I love the feeling of firing a bow in a game especially when you are up against enemies with better weapons, the game that has captured this best in my opinion in Horizon's bow combat
The 700. Nitro
This Elephant gun makes traversing the map of Far Cry 4 that much easier by it being able to treat Elephants the biggest creature's in the game as little more than nats. Enemies, wildlife even buildings won't get in the way of the 700.
The Kolibri Pistol
Ok this thing is pretty much the opposite of what favourite weapons should be lol but it provided hours of laughter between me and my friends.
The Batmobile
It may have taken us four games but we finally got to cruise through Gotham in the Batmobile firing rockets, guns and just generally ramming everything out of your way.
The Ray Gun
The original wonder weapon, the first time you get a ray gun felt like a religious experience (unless you were downed right away after getting it) not only that but it was visually pleasing as well and it just made you feel like the man!
Thought this would make for an interesting one as I bet many of you have different favourites than I do due to playing a different variety of games.
