ummmm animation IS DONE on computers these days... ALL of it.. soo not sure what your getting at with that

never said i knew jack about animation. i wouldn't even be able to draw the pics of what i want myself really. i can draw good enough for an artist to adapt what i'm going for though.

and just so ya know.. the style changes easily with the medium... some stuff is hand drawn and colored.. other digital.. and other digital with smooth lines.. from illustrator

k, i looked at them. you got some nice pics there. my favorites are spiderman with venom over him, scarlet spider, and black cat. i think you could easily adapt stuff of what i want since you can draw comic like. i'd probably go for a spawn like cartoon style. it's been a while since i've seen that sereis, but i remember thinking it was close to what i want. i want dark, but not too dark, so not quite as dark as spawn if that makes sense.

yup, sculpted and painted it in highschool

we'll see. if they're still making figs i want in 4 or so years i'll be here. but they'd probably hire the staff for me. like i said i just would love to see my idea get made. if someone wants to buy it and do all the work themselves, that's cool as long as they do it right. if the idea was liked and they wanted me to do it, i'd proabably have to quit my job as a pharmacist. but we'll see i guess. if my books sell well, and they get made into movies (which could happen seeing all the crap that gets put on the big screen these days) i might quit anyway if i'm bringing in enough.

Its cool. Reminds me of this demon guy i sculpted in school. He was hunched over to fit on an edge like a gargoyle. He had horns, and I painted him red and black. Seeing that brought memories of when I was in ceramics class making him. I wish i never broke the damn thing.

Hopefully when i start going back to school I can take an art class where I can make something similar to my old demon. But of course, it'd be alot better.

i'm half awake and half asleep, so everything sounds good to me right now. i know it won't be that easy. but at least i'll have some money to fund myself, in publishing my first book that is. if it flops, i'll probably back off from it, but if it does well, then i'll release more.
