If a book or movie were made about your life, what genre would it be? Would it be a comedy, action-adventure, drama, romance, etc.

I think my life would be a comedy, with a pinch of drama. I feel like i've had many embarassing moments that are not so much humiliating as they are more laughable. I think people would be more likely to get a good laugh than to feel compelled to feel bad for the protagonist.

A very slow indipendantly produced comedy/melodrama with a strong emphasis on dialogue, music, and pop culture references.

An indie Comedic Tragedy with random musical numbers.

And midgets.

"Life isn’t divided into genres. It’s a horrifying, romantic, tragic, comical, science-fiction cowboy detective novel. You know, with a bit of pornography if you're lucky."
— Alan Moore

I identified with the movie "Saved!" quite a bit, in terms of my childhood/teenage years.

My father was just like Clark Griswold as Christmastime.

"Wonder Boys" reminds me a lot of my college days and the nutty experiences I had.

So, I suppose my life's genre is comedy. ;)

I want it to be a musical, but sadly it seems more like an Afterschool Special

What's American Psycho considered?

Funny to some, darkly twisted to others.

But all around intriguing.

Uh.

Yeah.

My life is like an episode of Scrubs sometimes. Medical drama mixed with situational comedy.

Mine would most certainly be a drama, unfortunately. And I actually think it'd make a great film, but it wouldn't paint a very pretty picture.

I don't know your real name because you don't friend me on the Book of Faces. :csad:

The Alan Moore quote Ferret posted earlier is pretty accurate...right now just not lucky enough to have an XXX rating. :(

My life would propably go to... a really boring art movie genre. Lol... and tear.

A comedy genre with drama mixed in.

A dramatic thriller. The romance is there but I hate comedies and romantic fare, so like I said, the aforementioned.

A Kevin Smith comedy mixed with a bit of Coen brothers comedy mixed with a dash of Darren Aronofsky drama.

I like where your heads at. I'll co-sign and add 'Seinfeld comedy,' if I may.
