what happened to 'dummy', the servo robot that Tony was so verbally abusive to?

It would be too bad if it was totally destroyed in the assault on his Malibu compound.

He was on the truck in the final scene, when Tony was leaving the wreckage behind. Presumably he's being taken to wherever his new digs are.

Yep, Tony came back and rescued his boys, Dum-E and U. That was fitting as Tony built Dum-E when he was just a boy and had his bots with him all through the trilogy. It was really sad when the two bot were reaching for each other as the Malibu Dream House went crashing off the cliff. I was so happy that he didn't forget them in the end.

I always saw those two as aspects of Stark's personality. It gives a bit of insight into his inner monologue.

So is Tony's new place going to be the Avengers tower in New York? That's where I'm guessing he took them.

I imagine Dummy will be headlining the short with Trevor. I can see it now. in a drug-fueled meltdown, Trevor stumbles across alien technology--decoder rings hidden as prizes in General Mills cereal boxes--and declares himself to be the Mandarin. He breaks into Avengers Tower while everyone is on call, and tries to assemble a trap for the team, leaving Dummy the only one who can stop him.

But at the last second, Harley, suited up in his "Spud Blaster" armor, unexpectedly flies into frame, his own trademark butt-kicking song, "Like A Mechanic?" (in lieu of AC/DC) blares from the building's speakers, and delivers the killing blow in a flurry of starchy potato innards and non-lethal pyrotechnics.

Haha so maybe he doesn't become Ultron, but maybe Ultron tries to include him in his 'robots are awesome' club but Dummy just malfunctions and ends up saving the day somehow.
