What Ifs?

Sorry if there's a thread like this, but I was wondering if anyone's ever had story ideas, similar to the Marvel's What Ifs?

Like for example, I had a thought about What If Nightcrawler teleported Jean out before she became the Phoenix.

Not a good one, but that's just an example.
