What is This Comic?

I was browsing around the internet and found this comic page

All I know is that it is by Paolo Rivera and came out around 2002-ish. What comic/issue is this?

It was from a 4 issue mini series called Marvel Double Shot, which basically had 2 short stories per issue of people around the marvel universe.

This particular one was issue 2 and the story was by Christopher Priest t'was good.
