Just picked it up; it was pretty terrible here and there. A lot of wasted pages by re-using an old issue of Spider-Man.
The thing Mary-Jane said to Mephisto is finally revealed. And don't really know what the point of it was.
And also, the reason why Peter missed his wedding day is pretty lols.
The art was okay, though I think Quesada drew better prior BND.
Paolo Rivera is a really awesome artist though.
