In celebration of Halloween... Why not? :awesome:
What is your biggest fear in life, or in general? It has to be #1.
Spiders, Snakes, Clowns, small British children, Heights, Closed-in spaces, the dark, feet, Doritos, peaches, the letter L, and so on.

My biggest fear is most certainly spiders.

But if it's not a concrete, physical fear, don't be afraid to mention the abstract. For example, instead of spiders, if you're afraid of your child going missing, or a significant other becoming terminally ill... Share it!

....I'm afraid of the very thing that crawled out of hell itself...Praying Mantis. Horrible creatures...horrible looking and if they grew to a foot tall or length here people would hate them. >_< and I'll be sending them to hell if they attacked my cats or any cat. But they only get that big overseas...

My second fear is dying without being kissed on lips...

Spiders and Little Jimmy.

Spiders
Women
Spiderwomen

A cookie for anyone who gets the reference.

I work closing shift- my greatest fear is having the store robbed at gunpoint.

1. Being eaten alive by a wild animal
2. Burning alive
3. Being caught in factory machinery
4. Being buried alive
5. Chainsaws

It used to be death, but now that my father has gone on before me I'm not really scared of that anymore.

Clowns are a pretty big one. They just creep me out.

I don't like large spiders either.

Imprisonment would probably be my #1... incarceration as it were. Not that I'd have any reason to be put in a cage, but yeah... I get antsy just being in the bathroom too long so I can't imagine being put in a 7ftx7ft cell.

Death obviously. Anything anyone fears they somehow link subconsciously to death.

Within death though, Cancer is my greatest fear

I'm scared of insects, any type of insects, no matter how harmless they are. I don't think that's linked to death.

Greys aren't death. They just want to stick things up your butt. Which is another fear.....

I have a friend who is terribly afraid of greys. Like he screams at the Katy Perry music video ET.

And let me expound on this by saying he does associate Greys with death because some people believe they created the cornerstones of what we believe is religion from ancient times and are "god." This does relate of course to death.

Losing the use of my hands. Being someone who's arty if I could no longer draw or paint or play musical instruments I'd go into a deep depression.

I am one of those people from those polls who think public speaking is scarier than death, so public speaking.

Death. But since so many have posted that, and no one is sticking with 1 answer...

Cancer
Heights (ie: Falling) (ps ie: Gravity)
Needles
Not having my money

Chainsaws is the biggest 'phobia' I've ever had. Use to go white as a sheet at even the noise, or looking at one in a store. Once had a friend make chainsaw noises and saw at my arm with his hand... Came up in bruises, was really odd.

I used to be terrified of heights too. Spiders, Wasps. Even had an ever so slight case of body dysmorphia with my belly button... When I was little I used to wear all my underwear over the top of it, couldn't sleep unless it was covered.

Kind of lost all my irrational fears recently, only one that's stuck is that I can't sleep with the light off. I've been doing it too long, it just feels really weird if I turn the light off, unnatural.

Mostly though, I'm only afraid of the more logical things.

Going to prison. I really, really, really, don't want something done to my bum. It must hurt....a lot. Getting stabbed as well.
