They can easily set a future MCU movie within that period, just like they put Captain Marvel into the 90s. That could allow for Avengers cameos.

The long form with multiple hours allows TV to do that sort of exploration better in my opinion.. I know that I wanted the Cloak and Dagger show runners to get a crack at the snaptured world.

It is possible that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., with their trailer statement of a one year time jump, will exist in the five year window between the Thanos snap and Professor Hulk's snap

The show just needs a worthy budget.

I'd hope season 7 of AoS uncovers that 5 year gap. It practically writes itself.
