I was talking with a woman who manages a regal cinemas and I was asking how crazy the weekend was. i guess the midnight showings turned into a disaster. Film reels were eitehr falling or breaking one way or the other. her son was in attendance and decided to leave around 1am . She said the only people there who saw the complete film were there until 4 am [Damn!] .

I wouldve probably filed a lawsuit . I don't regret not going to a midnight show because i got to see it friday and was thrilled. If they do make a third with the nolan team I might have to go to a midnight screening .

Spider-Man 3
The Dark Knight
Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace
Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith

I've seen the following at midnight screenings:

Spider-Man 3 (my first one)
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (my friend dragged me to this one because he's a huge Surfer fan)
Transformers
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Iron Man
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
The Incredible Hulk
The Dark Knight

I'm thinking that the next two midnight showings I'll be going to might be "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" and "Watchmen".

Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (Special Edition)
Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix
Indiana Jones & The Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls
The Dark Knight

I haven't seen many movies at a midnight showing, I think the only one I did was I, Robot.

This will show my age:

Rocky Horror Picture Show
Friday The 13th Part 3 In 3D
Heavy Metal

....As for me practically every superhero flick i have seen at midnight. I get a kick out of seeing the dude come dress with the full blown Spiderman costume on trying to eat popcorn as much as i do the movie. what can i say? i got a dark sense of humor.:cwink:

My Regal had 8 midnights running at the same time. Luckily they all went through without any problems.

I've never technically been to a midnight showing. I just always work during them. Although I did get to see Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix a day early (as in even a day before the midnights) at 130am. Employee's used to get to see movies early. Sadly not anymore...

starw Rways Episode III: Revenge of The Sith (1st 1 every baby!)
The Dark Knight
.....(& i've got my name on the wait list 4 Friday The 13th!!!):word:
