What Music Do You Want to Play at Your Funeral?

The ending theme of the Looney Tunes catroons from the 50's. Complete with Porky Pig saying "Tha-tha-that's all, folks!"

The rainbow connection - Kermit the frog
country feedback - R.E.M.

Stevie Wonder - Overjoyed
Bob Marley - Could You Be Loved

Ballade Pour Adeline and Für Elise because I love those melodies a lot. They have been an important part of my life for almost 22 years now.
Also, a power ballad, like The Power of Love or My Heart Will Go On, being played instrumental (trumpet or pan flute). Love is very important to me, all kinds of love. And that's why I want some powerful love songs there.

the theme to Elfen Lied

Nothing Else Matters. Not exactly original but it's by my favourite band so yeah :p it's a beautiful song.

I want string musicians to play some classical music.
Maybe Bach's Air. Ít can give a feel that my soul is gone up to the sky. But I haven't decided yet on that

What I'm sure of is that the funeral should beging with Brahms' Lullaby/Wiegenlied, and be a metaphore for my body going to sleep.
The final music should be Grieg's Morning Mood, for the symbolic meaning of a new "life" for my soul. And it should also give people hope. Death is not the end, there will always be a new sunrise.
I have thought this through, and find my choices to be just the right music. I want the funeral to be emotional. And that's not just because of my departure. The music should touch peoples' feelings.

For these great pieces of music, a church organ is not enough. I have already heard that, and it wasn't as beautiful as it could have been

Something from The Lion King soundtrack, it was my very first CD that I owned.

I'd like a track from Star Trek: The Motion Picture, specifically "The Enterprise" or maybe "Leaving Drydock"

Jerry Goldsmith at his best...

Brad Fiedel - The Terminator main theme song

I want to go down like Arnie in Judgement Day.
