Taika has already confirmed that they completely redid the scene where Odin dies and Hela breaks Mjolnir during the reshoots because he felt that the scene didn't work in a busy, noisy New York alleyway. He decided to move it to a more peaceful, beautiful setting to more properly convey the emotion in the scene.
Few more:
- Hela says 'Asgard is dead' in the trailers, but her line in the actual film is 'My father is dead'.
- Her line 'I thought you'd be pleased to see me' from the teaser trailer is also different in the film. The actual line is 'I thought you'd be happy to see me' and is said in a much more sad, despondent manner than the mocking way she says it in the teaser.
- The shot of Hela spinning around really fast and shooting out weapons in every direction from one of the TV spots isn't in the film.
- Neither is the shot of all the Revengers on the bridge together. There is a shot of Thor, Loki and Valkyrie together but Hulk is busy fighting Fenris in the water during that scene.
- Doctor Strange's line 'Destiny has dire plans for you, my friend' and Thor's response, 'I have dire plans for destiny' from one of the international trailers also isn't in the film.
