If the enemy army has some type of aircraft, there MUST be a shot of Thor destroying it by a hammer throw.
Or a lightning blast! Like MUA
On the whole subject of Cap jumping with no Chute. I say yes.
Yeah he's "only" human, but he represents the absolute pinnacle of what the human body can achieve/take.
There are stories out there (and granted, they are probably just that) of humans falling from great heights such as a plane or building and suffering no more than maybe some scratches or bruising.
So I say yes to the leap. For two reasons. I'll suspend my disbelief because 1) I've seen it done numerous times in the comics,
And 2) it's a movie. (and of the comic book variety I might add)
I agree with this.
A question though to anyone. Because of the inherent properties of the shield, if CAP falls from a great height, with his shield strapped to his back, and he lands with ground contact via the shield, should it absorb all the impact of the fall and thus CAP would feel nothing?
And one thing I don't think I've seen mentioned I'd love to see in this flick is Thor's God Blast.
If this "Leviathan" thing pans out, it'd be cool to see Thor have to pull out all the stops and use his power to such an extent where use of his own life force is necessary to
take it down.
Something tells me they wont be battling and killing HUGE ammounts of aliens. I'm sure they will fight plenty of em but i dont think we should get our hopes up TOO much.

Dear God i hope so. But i also wanted an amazing fight between thor and the destroyer
True, the most we've seen Iron Man do with his strength is catching a car in the first film and pushing a car away with his foot in Iron Man 2.
I always felt that Thor didn't really use his strength THOR because they wanted to show what he could do with Mjolnir, but IM doesn't carry a weapon so I don't know why he doesn't have more strength feats.
Yeah, we never really saw a good feat of strength from either of them in thier movies, I was at least expecting one in IM2. Thor shows glimpses of his strength, he kicks a Frost Giant that goes flying on Jotunheim, but a genuine show of how strong he is we didnt get.
So I hope we get both doing at least some heavy lifting at some point in the movie.

My favorite strength feat from Iron Man was in the first movie where he punches that guy as soon as he lands. Ain't no question that dude was dead.![]()
