It's just better quality. Original recipes, fresh ingredients and everything actually made with care as opposed to everything being delivered frozen, thawed out and just thrown together. Chains are never (well, very seldom) as good as the mom 'n pop places.

Plus ya know, corporations are evil and it's important to stimulate local economy.

Anyone like Five Guys Burgers and Fries? I just tried the cajun style fries for the first time and they are pretty good!

Five guys is delicious, but everytime I go there I feel like death for the next 2 days. The cajun fries sound incredible, I didn't know they offered them.
