I loved Spider-Man looking up as giant sandman is rising over him.

Personally, I think my favorite shot is that very brief shot of Peter, right after the symbiote is completely off him and he is like half in the shadows on the ground. I just thought that was a really cool shot..

When Spidey is trying to get the black suit off near the bell...then he crashes into the bell making a loud sound and the black suit "jumps" off of Peter for 1 sec before attaching itself back to him.

The shot of the symbiote "jumping" off of Spidey is great.

-For some odd reason, I loved the opening shot of the NYC skyline with "directed by Sam Raimi" fading away...call me a geek, but it got me excited.

-Loved the shot of Venom's hand choking MJ. For the first time in all these films, I got the feeling that she was truly in danger.

-During the sewer battle when Spidey swings through the pipes.
I just love the amazing swinging effects.

Without doubt the most beautiful shot was the camera panning around the top of the church where Spiderman (black suited) was perched just staring at his hand, it said so much about the situation in that one shot.

A close second would have to be, Peter and MJ over Harry's body with the sunset in the background
