Still a solid CBM, elevated heavily by the badassery of Wesley Snipes,mwhile Dorff makes a nasty villain as Frost. The films SFX were crappy when it was released and time hasn't done them any favours, but the fight scenes are decent.

Even goofier than the first movie, it's pretty much a series of pop music vignettes more than a movie, but the outlandish action is entertaining and the 3 leads have great energy and charisma and they have so much fun in their roles that it translates throgh the screen.

PRAISE: This was a very well done documentary based on Quentin Tarantinos first 8 films and his love for film,and the actors that have been in his films.
Also great behind the scenes moments are covered that include his friendship with Uma Thurman and his run ins with Harvey Weinstein.
Some scenes were animated which are a joy to watch.

PROBLEMS: Definitely not enough commentary from the actors and actresses that were in his films,unfortunately just a handful contribute commentary

PRAISE : At this point Liam Neeson can be in most anything and get people to watch it. The same can be said for Honest Thief. Neeson and the rest of the cast including : Kate Walsh ,Robert Patrick,Anthony Ramos,Jeffrey Donovan and Jai Courtney do their best in this film about a former bank robber who turns himself into authorities, only to be set up by them.
There were a few fun moments.



PROBLEMS: Another action movie with barely any action.The bad guys arent bad enough,and the good guys look like they're sleep walking.It never really gets going just a lot of talking and falling into huge plot holes.I actually laughed a few times because all a character has to do is go from point A to B and the movie would have been over.So predictable and dull.
Im shocked they pushed this into theatres but i guess they said hey let's give it a shot in the barely opened theatres.

This was a lot of fun, and much better than I thought it was going to be. Clever, topical, and heartfelt, I think this flick succeeds more than it stumbles. And Millie Bobby Brown is a treasure(By the way, has anyone ever noticed she’s a dead ringer for Elizabeth Perkins?).

Roland Emmerich disaster movie porn, the early sequence where Cusak and his family escape the initial disaster is well done and the movies highlight, the rest is boring and ticks off every cliche box there is and drags on forever with it's ridiculous runtime.

Alien Resurrection

A mostly below average slasher/creature feature masquerading as a Alien sequel. Almost every move this movie makes feels like it came from a fanfic who desperately wanted to undo Ripley's death and mimic some bad slashers. Not surprising this came from Joss Whedon because from the pirate crew that shows up in the movie feels like a prototype version of his Firefly show except almost everyone is annoying. It's got a great cast which is a shame that the writing isn't as sharp as the previous films. The directing is kinda there and I will say there are a few scenes that I enjoyed that almost evens it out. Overall, while it's pretty bad-mediocre, it's still nowhere near as bad as AVP2.

No matter how much you might wish to watch them to complete the series for this month, ignore Prometheus and Alien Covenant, they're completely worthless time wasters with only nice visuals.
