Sequels What'd make a good spidey action scene?

Yes, this thread is about the action. Lets please resume the subject.

I think Spidey vs Scorpion and The Lizard at the same time would be amazing for Spiderman 4, with The Lizard in the end turning on Scorpion and those two battling it out while Spidet takes a breather. Would be so awesome to see on screen.

We've never seen two villains actually fight eachother in a CBM. They've teamed up which I hate in films, but we've never actually see two go mano y mano.

I think an action scene with Spider-Man and Scorpion both scaling walls on a skyscraper, something that's simply incredible. A chase and fight scene on several skyscrapers. Something that gives you the feeling it's spider vs. scorpion.

That would be cool. Though I'm wondering how they can do something new. Because Spider-Man dodging was already done in SM2 with Ock's arms.

I think the chase up a very tall building ala the Empire State building all the way to the spire. Then there could be some nice film shots from above. I'll say this, I think Raimi could pull that off, given the action seen in Spider-Man 2.

The perfect chance would've been with Spider-Man 3, with Spidey/Sandman vs Venom too...that's what I hoped at least.

But I could really see Lizard help Spider-Man against a villain.

I wish they made spidey use his surroundings more, c'mon the guy can STICK TO WALLS. there is a terrific scene when spidey faces the enforcers (comics) where fancy dan throws spidey against a wall, spidey feet stick to the wall and he then spins fancy dan around.

the only time I've felt spidey was truly clinging was the train fight he was on the side of the train (AWESOME!!) then ock disappears under the train and spidey crawls on the outside of the train to chase him. spidey sticks to walls so USE THAT.

Exactly, it could be a great moment on screen seeing 2 villains going for each other and not the hero, would be so cool to see.

Id like to see them tone down the cgi. Alot of the time they could get a better effect with real people. Look up some of the 'freerunning' vids on youtube. Oddly enough there's a style called 'Parkour'.

I saw this dude jump down 5 stories level by level on alternating stairwells that were like 3 meters apart, without a harness. If anyone saw the start of casino royale, you know what I mean. The guy bond was chasing did near to all those stunts himself. Without wires.

I'd like to see him fight The Enforcers in a movie, maybe once or twice. In the comics, all Spider-Man vs. Enforcers have been great fights, and I think on the big screen that would translate well.

In my new Spider-Man film script and outline, The Enforcers are in it. So is Vulture, but he gets the bulk of it. TSSM was a large inspiration for it.

I would absoloutely love to see a vertigo battle between Spidey and Vulture on the side, top, or around the Empire State Building.

I would have enjoyed a Venom/Spidey fight with them crawling on the walls...you know, a fight that's like actual spiders fighting...

Yeah, they simply dropped the ball on the great potential of a Spider-Man Vs. Venom fight.

I want to see a 10-minute action sequence between super-powered beings in a grocery store (without any excessive product placement...or any for that matter)

I know, I'm dreaming, but it'd be cool.

Spider-man encountering/fighting the Lizard for the first time on a moonlite foggy NYC night on an old dock on the harbor front.

Crreepy/shadowy, and with Peter trying to NOT believe that there really is something to the rumors of the 6+ foot tall walking Lizard.

One more reason I want to see Lizard and Kraven in SM4.

That's really hard to make that work without it slowing down the story. The strength of Spider-Man 2 is that all the action comes from the story. Two villains fighting eachother just kinda seems like "Hey lets watch some dudes fight"

So...let me get this clear...people get SOOOO pissed off with the movies having an American flag, but people will be all cool if Obama show up, lol.

Geez.

About the flag. It was not about it's inclusion. It's not an "Un-American" thing at all. But the way they used it, was just corny. It should have been moved to Spider Day instead. I mean the shot is glorious, but it was overkill when I first saw it. I don't care so much anymore...
