Whatever Happened To The Live Action Alias Series?

I remember Bendis talking about it a year or so ago, and that networks were interested and something was gonna happen soon...then nothing ever did. I remember they even said it was going to be called Alter-Ego to avoid confusion with the Jennifer Garner show and all...anyone know what happened?

I'd have rather had it on HBO anyway. Loved the comic. It was a rated R (MAX) comic and so I'd rather have HBO give it the uncensored treatment, but that's just my opinion.

It actually is, I believe it's even the same showrunner since then, I recall she's been attached throughout it's development.
