Whats that movie again?

Ever think about a movie, maybe a scene or two but you can't remember the name of it? Well come in here and we can try find it.

To start off I have to two movies I vaguely remember, just one scene from each movie.

1. In this movie a fat guy is eating a candy bar and some dude is chopping wood. The fat guy asks if the guy chopping wood would like some of his candy, which the chopping wood guy says no, I think the fat dude keeps asking him to the point the guy with the Axe cuts the fat dude up. I don't remember anything else about the movie, can anyone help me find the title?

2. This flick all I can remember is, it's about a boy who goes into some fantasy land, in the end he gets home but the house burns down or something and his parents die.

Anyway, fat stupid Joey tries to help buff psycho Vic chop wood. Vic decides to chop Joey instead, and Vic gets hauled off to jail while Joey goes to the morgue in the local ambulance. This is actually important to the plot, so remember this for later.
