That depends on if he's

A: Letting everyone have a say as to which they think is best
B: Trying to find out the single movie which is most popular

If it's B, any poster of a year or two's experience will tell you X2, Spider-Man 2 and Batman Begins always win these polls.

However, I do applaud you for noting Spider-Man 3, Superman Returns and Batman Returns as worthy candidates.
