Took me ****ing two weeks to finish all three because of finals.
All were great, particularly Godard's. It's my first time checking out any of his films, and I'm happy to say that it's quite unlike anything I've seen before. From political ideologies to random objects in a scene to change the moo, it's quite an experience. In my opinion, with said film, he works on a level of experimentalism, like, say, David Lynch did with Lost Highway. I will need to revisit it again and again to get more out of the film, but I'm happy to say that Godard lives up to the level of a virtuoso he's made out to be. It's clear, even with only one film viewed, that the man had a huge part in the French New Wave revolution.
