Also the animated Iron Man movie will premiere on DVD on Jan. 23. The film is the third in the Marvel/Lionsgate deal, following Ultimate Avengers and Ultimate Avengers 2. The film is written by Greg Johnson and directed by Frank Paur.

Do you think they would try to get it similar to the movie suit?

Kevin Roegele said:This is what the Marvel crew said at the press conference:
"Marvel fans are among the most loyal and fervent in existence (don't try to kiss our asses into buying this) and they are anxious for Iron Man to take the spotlight (Don't make out that fans demanded this. You're taking advantage of the current superhero craze, that's all this project is. I don't think I've ever come across anyone anxious for Iron Man, very keen perhaps)," said Lionsgate President Steve Beeks. "The Marvel Animated Features have been so successful (sucessful? They have cranked out two rushed, half-assed movies so far with mediocre sales) because they lived up to the expectations of these fans (there were no expectations because there was never a big interest in the animated movies) in both production quality and the experience they have come to expect with Marvel projects (we don't expect any 'experience'. Marvel have given us gold and they have given us crap). We anticipate THE INVINCIBLE IRON MAN to achieve similar critical and sales success (so average in both cases then) as the feature will bring the superhero to life with a story that honors its comic book roots."
