I think if I ever tried to hold my friends hand when I was younger they would have hit me with GI Joes. If I tried to hold them when I was older they would hit me with a beer bottle.

Well, be more specific. If you mean like the pictures above, then I don't think I've ever done so. But I know that I've held male friends' hands in groups, like psyche circle before our wrestling matches, or things like that.

We were paired up but they never made us hold hands or anything. I've never held hands with another guy not that there is anything wrong with that.

It was a fact when your under 10 that atleast 80% of your classmates have the lurgies anyway so you wouldn't even want to touch them.

go out and ask to hold hands with a good male friend of yours for about 10 seconds. make sure you do it within a week
