Which cameos would you like to see in Black Panther?

^ Thor I get leading into IFW with Hela and the space aspects etc. How can Black Panther lead in?

All the stones should be in play before this movie right? The 2 on Earth aren't anywhere near Wakanda either.

That would lead me to believe a cameo by Tony Stark and/or Howard Stark related to vibranium, or setting up Black Panther as a part in the Avengers.

Black Panther as a lead-in doesn't necessarily mean it has to do with an infinity stone...Feige and co. could have something else in mind. But, who's to say the soul gem isn't embedded within the vibranium meteor that crashed in Wakanda ages ago?

^ That's what I'm struggling with and I guess looking forward to finding out.

Could this movie be more fall-out from Civil War? Will it somehow manage to repair some of divide left in the Avengers so people are where they need to be when Thanos arrive in IFW?

Again to me that means a Tony Stark or I guess Secretary Ross.

What I'm really hoping for is some reference to Namor. Whilst never an out-and-out villain, the Sub-Mariner, when paired with T'Challa, is almost the polar opposite. Whereas Black Panther is a wise and benign leader who actually cares about the welfare of his people, Namor is imperious, impetuous and downright immature.

These are two absolute titans, both socially the equal of the other, with thousands of lives in their care, but both with completely different perspectives on ruling and their responsibilities.

Plus, I'd eventually love to see a cinematic version of T'Challa's "what Giants do" deceleration of war against Atlantis.

I'd love to see a quick cameo of Cap, Falcon, Hawkeye coming to BP for help

I could do without a Tony Stark/Stark Industries reference in at least one earth based Marvel movie, thank you very much. They've been force feeding RDJ down our throats since The Incredible Hulk.

Exactly. I think it's safe to say we will be sans RDJ in this 1.

Where were the Stark references in Dr Strange. I must have missed them...

There were references to him performing sugery on a man with spinal damage (Rhodie or one of the solider's in IM2) and Stark Towers/Avengers HQ can be seen duing the inter-dimensional fight..there's probably more...

Definitely not Rhodey. Wrong age, wrong service branch. And there's no evidence to actual suggest that its the ( unnamed ) guy from IM2, especially since it wouldn't fit their claimed timeline.

Also, I'd hardly call Avengers Tower being visible in the distance a "Stark reference".

Stark is in these movies more than others, but what we get up until, and including, Infinity war movies, is all we will ever get from him.
3 years from now, he will be too old for the role. Argument can be made that he is too old now even.

Back to the actual topic, I wouldn't want to see anyone here, except maybe in credits. Not because I don't want characters outside of their and the Avengers movies, but because I don't see how it would fit here. Even WS/Cap wouldn't make sense now that we somewhat know some elements of the story.

Earlier Feige said that BP will play a big role going into IW, so what happens after the credits will be hard to predict. Having this right after Ragnarok and considering that neither Thor or Banner met T'Challa (Thor thinking of himself as an equal and Banner being really cautious about his choice of words because he doesn't want another accident), it might be funny to see them interacting for the first time when they come to warn him about Thanos collecting the stones. Assuming the last one is in fact in Wakanda.

I want to see frozen Bucky in the background as an easter egg.

Hahahahaha, no. There are not more because not even those are Stark references. Derrickson confirmed in marvel studios ama that wasn't Rhodey at all and the Avengers Towe is well... an Avengers reference. That's like saying that the watchtower is a Batman reference since he built it. It's not, it's associated with the jl LIKE THE aVENGERS tOWER HAS BEEN LARGELY ASSOCIATED WITH THE aVENGERS BOTH IN FILM AND COMICS.

As I'm thinking... I'd really like a Vision cameo, just coming over as, like, a peaceful envoy. He should be allowed in Wakanda. After all, he is made of Vibranium...

..and he also saved T'Challa from that bus at the airport fight.

Him having a Falcon-in-Ant-Man-sized part would be a cameo AND help set up an Infinity Gem.

For an after credit scene I think I'd like to see thor show up to recruit BP and the best of wakanda to fight back against Thanos' machinations after Asgard gets bodied in Ragnarok. It also seems like MCU's Wakanda takes some inspiration from MCU's Asgard perhaps this can be elaborated upon

As for during the movie I'd like the stan Lee cameo to also function as a call back to Coming to America I also want Christopher Priest to get a cameo somewhere

I only want to see a Avengers cameo in the After Credits Scene(s) not in the movie self its Wakanda Time and no Black Widow or anyone else should in there

Well Bucky is definitely in Infinity War - Bucky could help BP in act 3 and get a new vibranium arm as a thank you after. And/or Cap showing up at the end to basically say "all hands on deck." Even if BP is hestiant to get involved, you just need some variance of "there's not gonna BE a Wakanda to defend" to get BP's head tilted. Cue orchestral music and credits.

You need to rewatch that movie then, because it was crystal freaking clear that it wasn't Rhodey.

I want some kind of spike lee/do the right thing cameo/reference even if it is as small as T'Challa eating pizza at Sal's (get it?)

Wesly Snipes in honor of trying to get BP Done in the 90s and starting the super hero renaissance with Blade, the first successful film franchise based on marvel IP

Cap and Bucky but only as an ending scene or an after credits scene.

Wouldn't mind Bucky appearing near the end to help if Panther and crew are outnumbered and need backup. His fights have been fantastic from Winter Soldier to Civil War and I think Coogler can make it even better.

If Marvel didn't ruin the Inhumans I would've said an Easter egg with fellow king and friend Black Bolt but I doubt we'll ever see that.

All this Bucky coming to the rescue at the end is typical and laughable to me. It's not going to happen and nor should it.

I know that he already appeared in the MCU as Korath, but I would love if we got a scene with T'Challa communing with past Panthers and Djimon Hounsou appeared as Bashenga.
