Which do you think is the best Star Trek series?

DS9 - It was ok but it started poorly and never managed to make up ground

This statement doesn't even make sense.

I LOVE DS9 and it's my favorite Trek series bar none. For those who don't follow trek Ron Moore of nuBSG fame worked a number of years on DS9. Coincidence, I think not.

DS9 would never make it in today's TV landscape. It literally took 2.5 seasons to lay the groundwork for what is among the top 4 consecutive seasons of any TV show in seasons 4-7.

My order and I've seen every episode of each series except Voyager:
Deep Space Nine
Next Generation
Original Series
Enterprise(if the show had stared with S3 as S1 this show would've gone 7 season)
Voyager(I've seen about 5.5-6 seasons worth of Voyager, the first 4 in totality)

Mine would be:

1. TNG
2. DS9
3. TOS

I really did not like Voyager or Enterprise very much.

I will say that DS9 and TNG are very close and almost tied.
