Which run should inspire the movie?

My favourite widow run is the Marjorie Liu run so I hope they’re inspired by that

I would love for it to draw from Mark Waid's run. That being said, if the rumor of a prequel is right, that doesn't seem likely. Marvel does a good job of drawing from all eras. I would love a little bit of the Amazing Adventures run and introducing characters like Ivan into the mix.

I wouldn't mind the one that also has Yelena Belova in it who is trying to replace her as BW. I can't remember whose run that is. It's the one where YB thinks she's killed off Natasha and there's quite a bit of snow in the beginning. But that seems more of a sequel than a prequel.
