All three were good but the score and action of TASM2's trailer was better.

By the time GotG has a trailer the other movies might already have 2nd trailers.

I figured we could compare these since they were released close together.

That's not to take away from any of the trailers. They're all well-made and make the films look very interesting. Close all the way for me, but I'd give CATWS the slight edge.

The X-Men trailer was a bit boring; it didn't hook me outside of just being an X-Men flick.

TASM 2 had some stunning action bits, and the OsCorp subplot looks very intriguing, so on the whole, a solid trailer.

Captain America had me completely engrossed in every regard. The story appears to be a notch or two above the others, and the inner conflict that Steve will be put through looks the most interesting. Can't wait to see how it all unfolds, and what sort of lasting ramifications it has.

ASM2 really just cranked it all the way up to 11. DOFP was morose and reflective, but it didn't catch my heartstrings. CATWS was solid and exciting, and it makes you look forward to the stuff that you've been looking forward to anyway, but ASM2 took that movie from 'okay, sure' to 'nao, plz!'

TASM 2 looks like fun (The apparent ruination of GG notwithstanding)
CA TWS didn't really impress me,and it's probably the film I'm looking forward to most.

Days of Future Past by a mile. The other two just look like any generic blockbuster trailer.

I thought they were all pretty bad.

Cap's was generic. The only cool thing was the shield kick.

DOFP's was admirable but amateur. What was with the editing of the music?! The future stuff looks really cheap.

TASM2's was tonally bland. Wasn't fun, wasn't happy, wasn't sad, wasn't anything. Stock Zimmer score (I say this as a Zimmer fan). No sense of story/conflict and the dialogue (especially from Electro) was super generic. Electro looks cool though.

Say what you will about TDKR and MOS, but these two movies had far better first teasers/trailers. Powerful, polished, and unique.

1) The Amazing Spider-Man 2 had - bar none - the best trailer IMO. It just blew it out of the water.
2) Next is Cap, whose trailer also completely blew it out of the water
3) Days of Future Past is last. I thought it was incredibly bland and generic.

Action in ASM2, but DoFP seriously got me excited for a movie I originally had little interest in.

So I say DoFP wins this round.

I was hyped for DOFP and I liked the trailer, except for that random scream-cut.
I wasn't hyped for CAP but the trailer was good, I think it really appeals to the GA. A little to generic for my taste and I still got the bad taste from the false expactations the IM3 trailer gave me.
I don't like the TASM trailer. I dont like the first movie and the trailer was a mess imho. they really need to polish that CGI.

It's a close one but in the end it's DOFP for me.

I'm torn between TASM2 and Cap 2. I'd go have to go with TASM2, but just slightly. DOFP trailer didn't impress me at all.

Seeing Xavier talk to himself gave me goosebumps, but Winter Soldier rules them all!

What's interesting to me is thinking about these trailers in terms of their previous entries. XMFC was superior to the others for me, while in this instance the DOFP trailer left me wanting. Next year should be full of surprises.

Easily captain America 2. The effects weren't ready yet for xmen dofp so I think it'll get a better second trailer (you can see it's going to be a good film though).

Spider-mans one was terrible

1. Captain America: Winter Soldier. The teaser accomplished being a teaser without giving too much of the plot.

2. X-Men: Days of Future Past. James McAvoy and Patrick deliver the best dialogue to set the tone of the film.

Younger Xavier: I don't want your suffering. I don't want your future.
Older Xavier: Please...we need you to hope again.

3. Amazing Spider-Man 2. Bombastic.

1.) CA:TWS - this looks like the Cap movie of my dreams. I wouldn't change a thing about it.

2.) TASM2 - This series is looking more and more like I imagine a Spidey series to be. I just love Marc Webb's aesthetic and the action and cast looks good so far.

3.) DoFP - I guess I was just underwhelmed by this trailer considering how overwhelming it should be with that cast.

Cap 2 trailer was shockingly good imo..i really wasn't expecting that from those directors..asm 2 was also pretty damn good .dofp didn't do anything for me. Especially with that overused music and terrible editing

I really liked the ASM2 trailer (Rhino looks badass, GG is not what I expected but that's fine)

Cap trailer was pretty awesome as well but the IM3 and T:TDW trailers mislead me a bit leaving a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to their teasers (loved both movies tho)

Never been a fan of these X movies. Singer just doesn't do it for me.

Days of Future Past is easily the best IMO. The others are fairly generic, but DoFP seems to be doing something unique.

CA: TWS comes in second. Looks really cool and has some awesome action pieces.

As for ASM2, the CGI... My god, it's awful. Even the pic on the Youtube link looks like a video game screenshot. Not sure whose bright idea it was to cast Garfield in the first film, but from the little in the trailer we see of him he seems even worse now then in the first film. And the score... Hans Zimmer has become a parody of himself at this point. The only thing I liked about the trailer was the color.
