There was two Wolverine endings the one with Deadpool's hand finding his head, the other Wolverine in Japan...

Now Wolverine in Japan is going to be the next movie but it didnt really explain the transition from X-Men Origins: Wolverine to Wolverine 2: Japan, So you lose your memory, you think your Japanise and so you go to Japan and drink to remember? No... doesnt make sense, the scene was too short and confusing... Had wolverine said that line then looked over towards a guy with a stykers weapon x uniform..."Cyber" or something sat drinking at a table who sees wolverine then runs. That would of made sense.

But then we look at the other ending, Deadpool's alive... Now the're going to make a Deadpool movie, he survived decapertation so this ending kind of makes more sense to lead into Deadpool which is going to be a remake of his character.

So my question is which ending do you think made better sense?

Neither one makes any sense. From what I heard the Deadpool film is going to ignore the Wolverine Deadpool so keeping the Weapon XI Deadpool alive is pointless.

I've always considered this, how do we know that was Wade and not just a gene-pool of mismatched DNA. So as victor states, Wades gone! maybe Stryker cloned him? I mean how else would a mutant be given new powers unless they were born with them.

The Deadpool movie is going to ignore the Wolverine film, so that explanation would make even less sense. If we buy that reasoning, now we have Weapon XI Deadpool still alive and Wade hidden off somewhere, both never to be referenced in the X-Men film time line ever again.

What's nonsensical about the Japan ending in the movie? He wandered around for a while without a memory and ended up in Japan.

Yea I don't really understand why the Japan ending doesn't make sense.

He went to Japan, simple really.

The Deadpool ending was just thrown in there as a nod to the fans and to show he isn't really dead. But yea the Deadpool film is completely ignoring Wolverine thank god.

I know, but story-wise it's pretty pointless to say that the Weapon XI Deadpool isn't really dead when the Deadpool film is going to completely ignore him.

I get that it was supposed to make fans happy in a time when they were pissed that Weapon XI Deadpool was created in the first place but it was planned out pretty badly considering they're never going to reference it ever again. It was clearly just a quick fix to a horrible problem .
