Excellent gangstermovie with James Cagney in an amazing performance. I feel that every (gangster)movie fan should see this. Great music, great supporting actors, great direction and killer pace. A must-see.

and so many great lines.

Roy Parker: You wouldn't kill me in cold blood, would ya?
Cody Jarrett: No, I'll let ya warm up a little.

Cody Jarrett: If that battery's dead, it will have company!

Cody Jarrett: [knocks on car trunk] How ya doin' in there, Parker?
Roy Parker: It's stuffy, I need some air.
Cody Jarrett: Oh, stuffy, huh? I'll give ya a litte air
[pulls a gun from his pants, pulls the hammer back and shoots into trunk]
