I don't mean to sound offensive, but I'm just wondering on how anyone could think that the woman in that picture looks like the woman below.lol

I think the confusion stems from people saying that Dr. Cho might secretly be Mantis, and then separate sites claiming the girl with Thor is Mantis even though they look nothing alike and the girl is clearly not Asian.

If they DO have it as a twist where Mantis is in the film or is Dr. Cho's real identity I doubt they'd be putting it in the trailers.
