After Kurtzman & Orci... I think it's fair to say screenwriters are freaking important so who should write Spidey?

Personally I was thinking about:

Chris Sparling (Buried)
Rick Jaffa & Amanda Silver (Rise of the Planet of the Apes)
Sheldon Turner (Up in the Air)
John Logan (Skyfall)
Jonathan Nolan (The Dark Knight)
Michael Arndt (Little Miss Sunshine)
Simon Beaufoy (Slumdog Millionaire)
Scott Silver (The Fighter)

"The studio is currently looking for an actor much younger than 31-year-old Andrew Garfield, who most recently portrayed the superhero, as well as a writer for its reboot."

(THR)

Drew Goddard to write and direct.

Joss Whedon Co Writing with Kevin Feige story support.

Few more names I was thinking about:

D.W. Harper (wrote the original All You Need Is Kill / Edge of Tomorrow script and recently was rewriting Forever War for Ridley Scott)

Dan Gilroy (Nightcrawler)

Peter Morgan (Frost/Nixon)

Ken Nolan (Black Hawk Down plus sold some spec scripts for millions in last few years)

Shane Salerno (Savages and was writing Avatar 4 with Cameron)

Scott Rosenberg (Con Air and Raimi's Spider-Man 1, unfortunately he was uncredited for that one)

What about Lord and Miller? With Joss Whedon/Feige to give it a touch up once it's finished
