spot on. it was the way the camera panned onto the school nameplate gave it away.
shows how underwhelmed i was by the movie as a whole. that i had time to think "hmmmm, that was re-used"

The one time they actually show some sort of "bridging the gap" footage wasn't even new. Damn ADD director.

You people are the king of all numbnuts. It was just a homage (respectful deference) to the first two films and an attempt to link the films. It wasn't reused footage.

reusing footage has so little to do with that. why spend the money to refilm something that already exists? It's not like Ratner is the first to do that.

I don't think it was the same but either way I thought it was a great homage to the series, there were other moments that did similar effects but weren't as obvious..

I wasn't sure if it was re used or just diliberatly done the same way.

Though it did look re used, mainly because it didn't quite flow that well. I like how they have the sign in every movie.

Though I think Bryan stole the real one, so maybe they didn't want to make another.

Cyclops had more than one car, I'm sure he had more than one bike.

And I just realized that the second two movies mansion were filmed at a different place than the first film. I think it was re used.

Well, I think either way it's Cykes bike. I don't picture Xavier, Jean or Storm riding around on a bike. I thought that too, "did they take Cykes bike back with them?" But if it's not that one, it'll be an other.

And I didn't see it was re-used. I thought it looked a lot like X1's scene, but not that it was the exact same one.
