Who was killed by Thor in CW????

Nobody yet.Hercules got hit by lightning, but he's not dead.

I think Goliath bites it since Millar loves finding new ways of killing Giant people.

I dont have a clue..we have to find out everyone who was there at the end of Civil War #3 and then find out everyone whos still in the current Civil War books. I thought it would be dagger but she was in Amazing Spider man the last one..so i dont know who it could be.

the guy who was supposed to get CW out on time

Oh, Thor kills someone...well another reason to pretty much detest CW. Awesome.

It's not Goliath, he was in Cable & Deadpool #31 which took place after Civil War #3

Why are we assuming that he's going to kill someone?

Its out of character (unless you're a rock troll) and its unnecessary. Thor has a personal moral code which he pretty much sticks to.

He'll kill you if he has to and you are a serious threat to life

He wont (no way in hell) kill a fellow hero (who he no doubt vastly overpowers) just because they have differing opinions on some stupid midgardian law which, quite frankly, Thor wouldnt give a rat's tail about anyway.

Thor judges people by his moral code not the government's written laws.

It's not like there's no precedent for it. I mean, Thor isn't one of those "I will never kill, not even to save my life" types.

Sure Thor kills, but the idea of Thor killing another hero because he and that hero disagree over some politician's decisions is...well...its f***ed up!

Agreed. It would've been too much excessive force to a situation he wouldn't need to kill in.

How do we know that it's Thor that does the killing? Or that anyone does any killing for that matter? All we know is someone dies in issue 4, it's never been stated under what circumstances that it happens.

It's issue 4 that someone dies in, not issue 3.

Oh. I agree. I was talking about more of a whole "honorable combat" type of thing.

But issue 4 continues the battle from issue 3. Cable & Deadpool #31 takes place after the battle.

I wasn't. If Thor kills another hero then F that.

But who said that battle takes up all of issue 4 or that someone has to die at that one battle?

Cable says Thor killed someone in this weeks deadpool

Either Black Goliath or th Falcon. How they survived this long is beyond me. My money's on Black Goliath. Falcon is one of the big names in Marvel, heck he was even featured on a few episodes of robot chicken. So I'd bet the house and the farm its Black Goliath. :o
