Obi-Wan vs Kylo Ren - Obi-Wan. Kylo Ren isn't Sith and Obi-Wan defeated Maul so...

Qui-Gon vs Darth Vader - Qui-Gon. If we're going by OT Vader where he is a broken down old dude who barely held his own against an old Obi-Wan and a half-trained Luke.

Luke Skywalker vs Darth Maul - Darth Maul. Held off two full Jedi and defeated one.

Count Dooku vs Mace Windu - Mace Windu. Lasted more than two seconds against Palpatine.

Rey vs Palpatine - Rey. She's the best.
