Why is there no Woman Woman movie!

So many factors are slowing and stalling production of the last of the big super heroes. Can Wonder Woman have a good plotline or is the casting the only important thing? Is Wonder Woman even revelant in these days and times? Is she outdated?

I have no idea why a Woman woman movie hasn't been made. The more woman the better!
