Why not a Wonder Woman/Captain America team up?

I've just bought and finished(well nearly) watching the first season of the Wonder Woman TV series( now out on DVD).
The thought has occurred to me that a team up with WW's closest Marvel counterpart, Captain America might be intriguing( I read a comic where the Sentinel of Liberty allied himself with the Dark Knight against the combined menaces of the Red Skull and the Joker) so it can't be argued that there was no precedent for this( offbeat team ups are a fondness of mine)

Ones in a DC property, the other is Marvel. Crossovers dont happen in movies

Or in TV, unless they're on the same station, like Without a Trace and CSI.
Do some research kid. Now WW teaming up with Uncle Sam would have been cool.
