Ok I saw the movie and I enjoyed, it was really cool.
But if I´m correct this movie follows the other 3 and they were made with real people and this everyone was CGI what i think destroys the connection.

*sigh* You couldnt do most of the stuff in this movie with live action. The turtles couldnt move correctly, read: like ninjas, in any of the live action movies. CG works much better. That's why.

I agree. CG allowed for all sorts of things live action wouldn't have been capable of.

Yeah but atleast they could makethe Humans like April or Kasey with real actors.
The Turtles has seems to me more realistic than them

Yes, that was my only gripe with the cgi. Here you've got the TMNT looking as good as they ever have, then you throw in animations reminiscent of A Bug's Life or Toy Story, just doesn't mix.

Although, I don't think real actors would mesh well with the cgi either. The graphic design just needed more consistency, is all.

Yeah, I have a problem with April looking pre-pubescent, too.

Not a big fan of the human style they went with. The turtles looked pretty realistic (particularly Leo and Raph. Mike felt a bit more "cartoony" to me, but probably because of his younger look) for CGI. I'd have liked the humans a bit more in the same direction rather than The Incredibles angle.

Then there's the issue I still have with Karai being held off by April....
