also, the first cart moves every 6.5 secounds, the second cart moves every 6 seconds and the third cart moves every 7 seconds....if that helps

I think we're forgetting something - it's a static picture - literally. There's nothing moving in it or changing in it. It's a single picture that has static laid over it. The only changes are that at one point it is moved in the frame and at another point the lower portion of the Jokers face appears. It is quite literally "static".

Just thought I'd repost since it looks like it was missed...

We missed several of the time code jumps. In fact, there is a jump at every 2-tenths of a second to seven-tenths of a second.

so, in tenths of a second, the time goes 1-7-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-1-7-1-2- and so forth, for every second in the video.

So see this it works best to turn the swf file into some other video format (i used animated GIF) and slow it down.

Ive got the frame by frame (about 440 frams of video at 35 fps) but what youre suggesting would require first isolating the noise. I could do it but it would take all day.
