The Dark Knight WhySoSerious.com/Laughtilithurts (First Post Recap)

thanks...typing the same thing over and over gets a bit tedious for me sometimes = ) so sometimes i give up = )

ok... so if its binary, it's going to just tell us the sequence we already know. . .
and that's gonna put us right back here:
we have a video.
it's got a pretty smile in it...

and it's a static image...

so, a narcissist like the Joker is just making sure that all eyes are on him...
not The Batman...

no shes saying the lights signal in binary.

but if she solved that shes a good person to talk to about other possible leads. Look, youve got three threads in here:

1) nonsense
2) ppl trying to solve things but coming up with nonsense,
and
3) ppl solving problems

to all the nay-sayers claiming there's nothing here--you'd never have gotten TO the video in the first place without help. There's every reason to believe this is a puzzle. My vote goes for either the time code jump or a signal in the static.

I am in no way "giving up" on the idea of puzzles and such...I just believe that this is just a place holder till next week.
Yes I am suggesting that this is a dead end
why
because If this was a puzzle we all would have cracked it by now, I mean there have been people on this since the vid popped up neary 18 hours ago so if it hasn't been cracked since then, then by that this is a dead end and I simply input the idea that it's a place holder until the GT with Mike next week.

!!!!

ok so...here is the sequence for the laughtilithurts clown cars. Can anyone take a look at this and link it somehow to the
bgygbrgbyrygbgybbrbyg
code....

Maybe good to back up a bit: Waiting, as we talked about yesterday the 'stars' are blinking in binary code. The 1's and 0's here translate into the color code needed to solve this.

Another link may be encoded in the car's movements. I'll extract the raw numbers for everyone to work on.

Thanks, Waiting! Youre a genius!

You guys and gals really don't give up huh? Gotta love the tenacity. And Mr. J! A warning!? This means fisticuffs my friend. Be prepared for battle.

I seriously hope so, I'll keep my phone on loud just in case, cause I;m not seeing eyes or axes..

Man, I'm telling ya, I'm starting to see even Senator Palpatine in that video. And he is dancing!

I later updated the page to say that we mysteriously have the answer. :oldrazz: I interpreted waiting's explanation (after we totally bugged her about it) as, "We cheated after ripping apart the Flash file itself." :hehe:

How are the lights signaling in binary? I'm not following.

Well i havent check this but this file encodes the sequence of blinking lights in the game. And--hey--42e knows we're capable of ripping this. I think the gloves are off.

Hah, the Mausoleum game was also a Flash file with a weird way to solve it, and we figured it out using good ol' deduction skills. :oldrazz: No need to look at the file's code there.

If the lights are signaling in binary, there are 3 other cars. How would we know which order to put them? I guess that's my main question.

so this is now just a pissing contest for those who get binary and 42E?

so I don't know if this has been mentioned yet but at a certain point it looks like you can see the jokers face flash in the static. think that means anything?

Yes, we are trying to find out if it means anything since yesterday.

The duck thing for Sittingducks I understood since there were two colors for the ducks and binary only contains 2 numbers. But how can 3 cars, each blinking separately, signal in binary?

if it weren't for the fact that you're a horribly mutated human-arachnid and hell bent on your father's destruction...
you'd be my favorite poster.

Modred's been :cmad: at people who've been mentioning it, actually. He's just playing with us.

I went :funny:, actually. But I'm easily amused.

had you been trying to figure it out since yesterday you'd get the joke.

it seems as if 20 of my posts have been deleted. mr. j are you really that against freedom of speech. change the name from superherohype boards to communist russia boards

Oh, I hadn't realized it was him again. You got me. :D

i'm gonna ask the samething, because what Anita says sounds a lot smarter than i feel at 9AM.

Indicdentally we should get this to the ppl who run the wiki and have them update the /alughtillithurts page to say the lights DO signal in binary.

There was some early misinformation about hittiting the max spin so it would be good to have the binary lights thing out there.

The sequence of car movements could also lead us somewhere. The raw numbers (in original order) are:

Am I the only one that thinks this dock video points to something other site and not some hidden code in the video or the numbers or whatever?

The duck thing for Sittingducks I understood since there were two colors for the ducks and binary only contains 2 numbers. But how can 3 cars, each blinking separately, signal in binary?

each car, at each level, blinks on and off in binary.

Actually I think the rip was NECESSARY to see this, and if it was found casually it was probably put somewhere really obvious in the code.

lets pretend you're talking to someone educated in the Penal System... and then stop pretending, plz. (can't resist a movie quote)

raw numbers?
what am i supposed to be looking at here?

this is the last time i'll post this.

anyone think laugh til it hurts means hospital. then a video of the docks which sounds like docs which means doctors? anyone?

i'm gonna ask the samething, because what Anita says sounds a lot smarter than i feel at 9AM.
Forgot to add that for the ducks, each row had a separate instruction. So I suppose it could be the same thing here. The first row could tell us to click the spinner, the second row to tell us to click the colors, and the third row to tell us the order.

But....I guess my main question stands - how do lights signal in binary? :oldrazz:

That is exactly what happened..now i am trying to go back and figure this out...
It was premature to post the links to the video and the code ...but would you have held it back?

I posted all of these numbers in the hopes that someone would help me go back and solve the puzzle...we have the answer....now all we need to do is find the question, you see?
