Wii have a few questions...

I've been having some concerns about that. If you look at the way Nintendo has concealed the Cube controller ports with those plastic flaps, I'm not so sure the Wavebird wireless transceiver would fit all the way into the port, because the flap would block the bulky frame.

The bulky part of the wavebird goes in the other direction away from the flap. So you can leave it on and still use the wavebird.

Yeah, I just saw a video review of the Wii detailing that aspect. All's good.

so can all wii games can only be played with the wii remote and nunchuk or not? isnt it possible to have the option to play them with the classic controller i cant imagine playing a game like zelda for 19 hours or so waving the remote at the screen.

No you can't switch to use the classic controller. Zelda only requires a flick of the wrist, you don't have to jump around your room.

I still hope some future games released use the classic controller i cant imagine using the wii remote to play games like (this is if they ever come to wii) Splinter Cell, Tomb Raider, Viewtiful Joe, etc. Im not slamming the wii remote i have lived and breathed nintendo since the Nes and i first played the amazing (at the time) Mega Man 2, i would just like the CHOICE to play its games the way i want to.

Don't forget, DD, that the Nunchuck makes everything feel a lot more natural, if used correctly. I'll admit, even I had my doubts about how Zelda would feel on the Wii, but now I feel embarrassed about having any worries. I'm sure franchises those large will take their time in dev, and play fine with the Wiimote.

That's why some games will use the GCN or classic controllers. Not every game will use the the Wiimote. Even a first-party title like Brawl won't.

I can't imagine playing any game for 19 hours straight.
