Wii System upgrades

Okay so I love the fact that some games come with Wii System Upgrades......

For example I put in Link's crossbow training...an upgrade downloads and BAM, I got a clock on my Main menu.

i just put in Super Mario Galaxy...and Bam...another Upgrade....i don't know what yet....

Anyway, does anyone have a list of the games with Upgrades and what they do?

I don't use my games for upgrades. I simply go to the menu and tell it to do it for me anyways.

yeah i let the menu inform me of what upgrades are available.
