Will We Get Mech-Suits First or Robo-Soldiers?

I'm talking combat deployed, not just prototypes. Eventually the tech and cost will no longer be hurdles - so will we get armoured suits/mech-suits first (Elysium/Halo/Titanfall) or full-on remote controlled killer-robots?

Probably Robo-Soldiers, we already have bomb defusing robots & other drones so how much harder would it be to put better guns or rockets on them?

I would say the mech suits just based on how far along I've seen the tech for exo-skeleton stuff I've actually seen is. But full on robo soldiers aren't far behind at all. Really when World War 3 pops off its gonna be some seriously crazy stuff going down and I've been saying this for awhile now. We have to remember most of this stuff is all top secret and we have no real idea how far they actually are with this stuff

Drones are already pretty much "Remote Controlled Killer Robots"
And are already regularly deployed into battle.
They are only getting "smarter" easy to navigate/target, take off landing capability, stealthier, and more powerful.
