Transformers Will we see any kind of facial expressions on the Transformers?

There is no need for the face to "move". Look at V for Vendetta, you could easily feel the emotions, the anger, the love, the hate even when the character had a stiff mask on all the time.

It is all in the voice. Optimus in the cartoon had a face with little/no emotions, but that combined with his voice made him even more "epic".

So, like I said, it's all in the voice.

The mouths needs to move, Cause many of the transformers have mouths that do move when they speak.

The faces will probably be handled like the Binaltech storyline handles them...the faces are made of up 100's of tiny panels of metal that shift over one another, giving full ranges of movement. The panel seams are almost microscopic, so one can't easily see all the different panels.

I remember reading this. I saw a wooden "mirror" that had the same concept behind it. There is a camera in the middle of the mirror and it "reflected" the image to the all these tiny concave wooden panels to reflect light at different angles to replicate the image from the camera. It's hard to describe, do a google search on "wooden mirror" and you might find the video. I can see this working.

I can see this working on a microscopic level with the faces.

I still say Beast Wars was somewhat of a template for this. That CG was very stiff, but it gave you an idea of how it would look were they semi-realistic looking. They only had a few limited expressions...the mouths moved, the eyes would widen or squint when need be, but that's about it.
